The Hairdressing Apprenticeship Experience

Embark on an enriching 18–24-month journey in hairdressing as an apprentice, where training takes place either in the salon with our in-house educators and assessors or at our Flagship Academy in TONI&GUY London. Upon completion, apprentices achieve a Hair Professional Standard Level 2 accreditation.

Schedule

Work a full 40-hour week, with a mix of shifts to cover the opening hours of the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador for TONI&GUY, ensuring an authentic, relaxing, and high-quality hairdressing experience for every client
• Deliver professional and soothing shampoo treatments to enhance client satisfaction
• Provide warm hospitality and offer refreshments as needed
• Maintain impeccable salon presentation

Please note: enrolment onto the apprenticeship program is subject to successful completion of an 8-week fixed-term position as Salon Support. Suitability for a subsequent apprenticeship will be assessed during this time.

Some apprentices may have opportunities to participate in global brand activities, including stage work, backstage assistance, and events such as London Fashion Week and Salon International.
