Schedule
Work a full 40-hour week, with a mix of shifts to cover the opening hours of the business. Some Salons may also require evenings, please enquire for further information.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
• Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY

• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles
• Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients\’ preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
• Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
