Working pattern – up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

Responsibilities
- Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
- Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
- Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
- Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the TONI&GUY brand
- Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
- Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY
Requirements
- Three years plus shop-floor hairdressing experience
- Demonstrated expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles
- Artistic vision with the ability to understand clients\\\' preferences and create stunning hairstyles
- Exceptional customer service and ability to cultivate long-term client relationships
- Ability to manage a busy schedule efficiently, handle diverse client needs with flexibility and meet deadlines
