We are seeking a multi-tasking professional with at least 3 years of qualified salon experience. Familiarity with the Wella colour brand and confidence in hair cutting is highly desirable.

TONI&GUY is currently hiring for a creative, skilled Senior Hairdressing Colour Technician to join our team, available for both full-time and part-time positions. Working Pattern:
- Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).
Salary:
- Salary will be based on a commission scale, dependent on hours and experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct personalised hairdressing consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY hairdressing experience.
- Build and expand your hairdressing client base while fostering high retention rates.
- Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
- Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI&GUY hairdressing brand.
- Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.
