Job Details
Job Opportunity: Hairdresser at TONI&GUY. Schedule: Work a full 40-hour week, with a mix of shifts to cover the opening hours of the business. The role involves cutting and styling with a focus on expert colour services and client consultation.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
- Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
- Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
- Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the TONI&GUY brand
- Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
- Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY
