Established over 30 years, Top Office Group is proud to be a preferred supplier of staffing solutions to Queensland Government, Ipswich City Council and leading businesses throughout Southeast Queensland. We are looking for experienced civil construction labourers for casual work for local government in the Ipswich and surrounding areas doing pipe laying, drainage and some concreting on mostly subdivision road construction.
This is a great opportunity to get a start with an employer of choice in the local area, good stable work with a 9-day fortnight. This is a labour-hire role though it is expected to run for some time. Hourly rate starting from $38.52 depending on experience and tickets.
You will need:
- Experience in concreting, screeding, edging
- Road construction experience an advantage
- Concrete cutting experience an advantage
- Rigging or dogging experience an advantage
- A white card
- MR truck licence and or roller ticket an advantage not mandatory
- Any plant tickets or Riiβs an advantage not mandatory
- To be a good team player
- To be able to maintain a safe work culture
This is a good opportunity to get a foot in the door with an employer of choice in the Ipswich region. Good pay rates and conditions RDO every second Monday, rates depend on the skills you already possess. This role will start ASAP.
You will need own Long Hi-vis work wear and steel cap boots and two recent referees.
