Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and confidently run busy shifts, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Be a team player, supporting your General Manager and team.
Ensure our bartending team meets the standards of the company.
Act as a role model for the bartending, bar back, and floor team. 20-25 hours p/w Skills and
Experience: At least 1 year experience working in a busy bar as a senior bartender or team leader.
Resilient and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.

Methodical and thorough when problem solving.
Approachable at all times regardless of workload.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Some experience organizing rotas and managing the bar's labour margin would be beneficial.
