You as part of tonies: As our Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you aren't just a recruiter‐in‐chief; you are the architect of our global growth and the guardian of our unique culture.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Lead the team across the UK, US, and Germany, fostering a true one‐team community and bridging time zones with empathy and fun.
- Architect the global TA processes from the ground up, moving from startup hustle to scale‐up smooth.
- Champion the use of Ashby, turning it into a data‐driven engine for decisions and a seamless candidate journey.
- Lead the recruiting for senior leadership and executive roles, acting as a trusted advisor to top management.
- Partner with People Partners and Hiring Managers to forecast needs and build high‐performing teams.
- Ensure the employer brand shines globally, making tonies the most sought‐after home for top‐tier talent.
- Turn raw data into a clear roadmap, using insights to fine‐tune operations and hiring decisions.
What we are looking for:
- Scale‐up experience: Navigated fast‐growing company environments and built workable structures.
- Ashby expertise: Deep experience with Ashby or similar ATS tools and love using data to tell a story.
- Leadership heart: Proven track record of leading international teams in the US, UK, and Germany.
- Global mindset: Located in the US (Boston), UK (near London), or Germany (Berlin/Düsseldorf) and thrives in cross‐border environments.
- Linguistic skills: English mandatory; German a plus.
- Communication style: Candid, caring, professional, and approachable.
