We are looking for a Junior Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in London on a 12 month contract. You’ll be responsible for the marketing that we do with all of our retailers, both online & in-store, and you’ll support the Marketing Team with a number of fun projects and daily tasks – from controlling what our marketing looks like and how we communicate with customers, to executing retail events and developing new creative assets for our retail partners to use.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Step-changing tonies® content with our retail partners, disrupting the shopper’s journey with outstanding creative that clearly communicates our product USP’s.
  • Managing various point of sale agencies to deliver best in class in-store executions.
  • Negotiating trade marketing support with retailers to get the best value for money.
  • Become an expert on our competitors & retail partners, managing shopper visits across the UK team and leading online competitor reviews.
  • Translating customer insights into groundbreaking in-store merchandising solutions that give tonies® the competitive edge.
  • Managing & analysing in-store events and demonstrations across our Top 10 retailers.
  • Inspiring the broader business to engage with Trade Marketing, sharing cutting-edge examples, customer insights and tonies® content successes.

What we are looking for:

  • Ambitious marketing professional with at least 2 years experience in marketing.
  • Desire to work in a start-up / scale-up environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and prioritise accordingly.
  • A team player with great interpersonal and communication skills and happy to be hands on whenever needed.
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of the assigned tasks.
