What we are looking for:

Proven hands-on experience managing paid performance marketing campaigns, either agency-side or in-house, with a strong background in Meta and Google Ads.

Experience managing and allocating digital marketing budgets effectively.

A strong analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data sets and identify trends that inform decision-making.

Deep understanding of key performance marketing metrics and how they influence overall campaign success.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Oversee and execute UK & ANZ paid digital campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring optimal performance and budget efficiency.

Continuously track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine targeting, creative strategy, and landing page experience.

Work closely with creative teams and external agencies to produce ‘best in class’, performance-focused creative.

Dive deep into performance data to understand what’s driving growth and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Create and maintain testing roadmaps to enhance marketing efficiency and long-term strategy.

Work cross-functionally with the global paid teams across the US, Germany, and France to exchange insights and best practices for continuous improvement.

Work with local stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign strategy, creative execution, and budget pacing.
