tonies is the world’s largest interactive audio platform for children with around 7.8 million Tonieboxes and more than 95 million Tonie figurines sold. The intuitive and award-winning audio system has changed the way young children play and learn independently with its child-safe, wireless, and screen-free approach. Tonieboxes have been activated in over 100 countries, and the content portfolio includes more than 1,100 Tonies figurines in several languages.

Joining our tonies team means being part of an inspiring mission to create innovative and meaningful experiences for children around the world. Together, we’re shaping the future of play, learning, and imagination.

At Tonies, we’re on a mission to bring the magic of audio to children everywhere. This isn’t your typical “order the stationery and book the meeting rooms” kind of role. You’ll be the heartbeat of the office: part organiser, part fixer, part culture champion. The person who makes everything just work, while creating an environment people genuinely enjoy being in.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • People Experience & Culture: Play a key role in building a positive, energising office culture. Manage events, quarterly socials, celebrations, and all-hands. Coordinate the good stuff - from Tasty Tuesdays lunches to Thirsty Thursdays drinks in the office.
  • Office Management: Be the go-to person for all things office. Keep the space running smoothly, organised, and welcoming. Create an environment people enjoy coming into. Help organise team days, meetings, and office moments that matter. Manage supplies, storage, equipment, and general upkeep. Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and service providers. Oversee cleaning, maintenance, security, and repairs. Handle post, deliveries, access, and meeting room logistics. Keep budgets in check and supplier relationships running smoothly.
  • IT & Onboarding Support: Be the friendly face helping people get settled from day one. Make onboarding (and offboarding) feel smooth, organised, and human. Partner with IT to get laptops and equipment ready to go. Set up desks, access, and everything in between for new starters.
  • Health & Safety: Support a safe, compliant, and well‑run workplace. Help coordinate training, risk assessments, and processes. Step in as Fire Marshal and/or First Aider if needed.
  • Executive Assistant Support: Support senior leaders with calendars, scheduling, and priorities. Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics without a hitch. Prepare agendas, materials, and follow‑ups. Help keep leadership meetings and offsites running smoothly. Build strong relationships across the business and beyond. Handle sensitive information with care and discretion. Jump into projects and ad hoc tasks wherever needed.

What we are looking for:

  • You’re the kind of person who just gets things done and makes it look easy.
  • Warm, approachable, and great with people.
  • Super organised, detail‑focused, and always one step ahead.
  • Calm in the chaos and confident juggling multiple priorities.
  • Tech‑savvy and quick to pick things up.
  • A natural problem‑solver who doesn’t wait to be asked.
  • Happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.
  • Someone who genuinely cares about creating a great experience for others.

You’ll love this role if you:

  • Enjoy being at the centre of a busy, people‑first environment.
  • Like variety and ownership in your day‑to‑day work.
  • Take pride in creating spaces and experiences people love.
  • Are just as comfortable supporting leaders as you are organising office life.

It might not be for you if you:

  • Prefer a highly structured, predictable routine every day.
  • Want a purely admin‑focused or behind‑the‑scenes role.
  • Don’t enjoy being hands‑on or jumping between different tasks.
