We need you!
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Data Analyst for the UK market, to help build out the UK Growth team’s analytical capabilities. At the same time you’ll be part of our global Data Analytics unit that gives you the unique opportunity to scale our data analytics capabilities, collaborate with international experts and grow your own expertise. Your role will span across all commercial areas of the business — from Marketing to Sales to cross-functional retention initiatives. You will provide data-driven insights that fuel strategic decisions and support our mission to grow tonies within the UK market.
You\’ll play a vital role in helping the UK Growth team understand both internal performance metrics and external market dynamics. By identifying key strategic priorities and monitoring our business health, you’ll become a trusted partner, delivering more than dashboards. With your ability to write clean code and transform, visualize and interpret data, you\’ll answer not only the “what”, but dig deeper into the “why” and develop data-driven hypotheses for “how” to expand the business.
You’ll play a key role by:
- Deep dive analysis: Lead investigations of key business problems and opportunities in order to provide strategic direction for the UK Growth team. e.g. multivariate analysis of customer acquisition trends and translation towards strategic hypothesis
- Growth experiment / campaign reporting: Helping the set up, run and report on experiments and campaign in a statistically rigorous manner. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings.
- Data visualisation and recommendations: Designing data products that answer business questions preferably in an automated, appealing way and providing recommendations for actions based on findings. Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through the use of data mining and predictive analytics tools
- Automated reporting: Developing and automating the UK’s management, marketing and sales KPI reporting suites.
- Developing models: to be used to predict future outcomes based on current trends
- Enablement: Helping the rest of the team learn to be self-sufficient in procuring the data they need for their own analysis.
- Data Governance: Collaborate closely with your data peers to leverage global efficiencies and quality standards
- Stakeholder Management: Managing stakeholders by understanding their needs, identifying new opportunities and agreeing on a common roadmap
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics roles with a strong statistical foundation, ideally within a company offering both physical and digital products
- Passionate about building and implementing scalable data products that enable stakeholders to generate real insights and drive business decisions
- Proficient in extracting insights using advanced SQL, with hands-on experience in tools such as dbt, Snowflake and Tableau
- Solid statistical background to select appropriate analytical methods and draw meaningful, data-driven conclusions
- Strong analytical mindset with a natural curiosity to uncover context and insights behind the numbers, paired with solid business acumen
- Clear and effective communicator, able to convey impactful data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
