Restaurant Manager required for a business in Birmingham working at an extremely high standard with classic British and French fine dining. We are looking for an engaging and personable Restaurant Manager with an understanding of formal dining, an ability to drive a business forwards and a passion for excellent food and drinks.

A beautiful restaurant where a world class chef prepares brilliant menus, both Tasting and A La Carte for discerning diners. Open 5 days and with a focus on working straight shifts where possible, ensuring that you’re at the top of your game.

Person Required:

  • Must be personable, confident and attentive, able to fulfil the role of an excellent maitre D’ during service, remembering return custom.

  • Must have a great knowledge of food, wine and service.
  • Must show an ability to ensure and drive the profitability of a restaurant.
