Key Responsibilities:- Specialize in recruiting top talent for the white-collar manufacturing and engineering sectors
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide an exceptional, tailored recruitment service that goes above and beyond
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including databases, referrals, job boards, social media, and networking
- Maintain up-to-date records in the internal CRM system
- Identify and capitalize on repeat business opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with the team and share industry insights
