The Role
- Develop and grow a specialist desk within Engineering or Tech
- Utilise existing contacts and database
- Proactively win new business through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Source, qualify, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Manage the full 360 process from business development to placement
- Maintain a strong pipeline of roles and candidates
- Negotiate terms, fees, and offers with clients and candidates
- Work towards and exceed monthly billing targets
