We’re on the lookout for a talented 180 Resourcer to join our client's high-performing, fun, and dynamic team in Reading. Our client specialise in sourcing top talent across the warehouse, logistics, commercial, and procurement sectors – and are growing faster than ever. This fully delivery-based role will see you working closely with one of their large key accounts – a true opportunity to hit the ground running with an established account and consistent job flow.
The Role:
- Manage end-to-end candidate delivery for a key client
- Source, screen and interview high volumes of candidates for warehouse, logistics, and commercial roles
- Build talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Work closely with account managers and client contacts to meet hiring needs
