TONIC is currently partnering with a highly respected and forward-thinking technology recruitment business that\’s preparing to launch a brand-new Statement of Work (SOW) Consultancy Division.

As a valued client, we\’re now looking to speak with experienced and motivated candidates who have the capability and ambition to lead the launch of this exciting new division.

This is a
senior, board-level opportunity (Director)
, reporting directly into the CEO and based out of London. The division will initially focus on
EMEA technology clients
, with plans to expand globally as it grows. The business is ideally looking to appoint someone with a start date targeted for early next year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded leader to shape, build, and scale a consultancy division from day one — delivering client-centric solutions across
AI, Cyber Security, and the wider Technology Staffing
space.

What the role involves

You\’ll be the driving force behind the creation and growth of the consultancy division — defining its structure, services, and go-to-market approach.

You\’ll partner closely with
C-suite and board-level clients
, delivering bespoke SOW-based solutions that solve complex challenges and open new opportunities.

Day-to-day, you\’ll:

  • Build and lead a new SOW consultancy function from the ground up.
  • Define the delivery model, service offerings, and long-term strategy.
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders to scope and deliver projects across AI, Cyber, and emerging tech domains.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing consultancy team.
  • Collaborate across sales, operations, and delivery to ensure seamless execution.
  • Report into the CEO, contributing to board-level strategy and growth planning.

What they\’re looking for

You\’ll already have experience leading a consultancy or SOW-focused division within the technology recruitment space — and you\’re now ready to take ownership of building something from the ground up.

You\’ll bring:

  • A strong track record in SOW or consultancy-based delivery.
  • Deep understanding of technology markets and client challenges.
  • Exceptional commercial and strategic thinking.
  • The confidence to engage at C-suite level and lead complex programmes.
