The Role
- Work closely with senior consultants and account managers to deliver on live roles
- Source, qualify, and manage candidates across a range of tech positions
- Build strong candidate pipelines within specialist markets
- Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
- Provide market insight and guidance to candidates
- Maintain high levels of candidate engagement and quality
- Support with interview coordination, feedback, and offer management
