Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a Head Chef for their casual dining restaurant on the outskirts of Wolverhampton. The venue serves breakfast, brunch and lunch and can accommodate around 80 covers with additional seating outside. You will lead a small brigade, so coaching and developing your team is a big part of the job. There has been good investment in this project, and they want a Head Chef who will take full ownership of the food and the kitchen. What are we looking for from Head Chef candidates? Head Chef experience in fresh food, casual dining, or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up
A natural trainer who enjoys developing young chefs and building a team
Organised and confident owning ordering, stock, food safety and H&S compliance
Commercially aware, comfortable managing GP and food costs
Local to Wolverhampton or the surrounding area, with your own transport
Flexible across a seven-day rota, including weekends
