Tonic are assisting our clients search for a head of beverages/senior Mixologist to oversee all beverage operations at their new flagship restaurant in the stunning Worcestershire countryside and across their other 3 sites UK wide.
A knowledge of premium spirits, soft drinks, juices, mixers and flavour extraction techniques is essential as the successful candidate will not only be creating the seasonal cocktail list but also overseeing the curation of the non-alcoholic drinks programme including matching a non-alcoholic beverage flight with their tasting menus.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about all things alcoholic and non including juices, distillates, infusions, extractions, teas and kombuchas.
