Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a General Manager to lead a varied and growing contract catering operation at a major industrial site in Cumbria. This isn't a single-site role. You'll be overseeing a diverse estate that spans traditional canteen-style dining, coffee shops, grab-and-go units and mobile catering with a pipeline of new opportunities already in development. The operation is predominantly Monday to Friday, breakfast and lunch, though flexibility will be needed as the service expands. You'll be the one setting the standard for food quality, for service culture, for how the team develops while managing the commercial and strategic performance of the full contract.

  • Strong commercial acumen confident owning P&L, budgets and KPI delivery across financial, H&S, sustainability and governance
