Tonic are searching for a Restaurant General Manager to run our client\’s key outlet within a stunning hotel. Our client is looking for their Restaurant General Manager to be a highly driven, passionate individual who lives and breathes hospitality. The Restaurant General Manager must have a love for food and wine and be ready to take their career to the next level!
What are we looking for in the successful Restaurant General Manager?

• Management experience within a high-quality food and beverage business
• A natural passion for food, wine and service with experience of kitchen gardens is desirable
• A loyal and trustworthy individual who has shown clear, stable progression throughout their career
• A team player who creates strong relationships with their team and guests is vital to this role
• Strong financials and P&L experience are required
