Michelin-starred and multi award-winning, this is a venue where the standard of hospitality matches the standard of food and where the General Manager is expected to set that tone every single day.
You'll work hand-in-hand with the Chef Director, leading the front of house operation with authority, warmth and precision on the floor, visible and present, earning the team's respect by showing them exactly how it's done.
