Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a Hospitality Standards and Service Coach, a brand-new role created by a premium, multi-site destination business where the welcome, the service and the dining experience matter every bit as much as the product.
This is nationwide and roaming. You won't run a single venue. You'll travel between sites across the country, get under the skin of each front-of-house team, and lift the standard of customer service across the board.
Part coach, part standard-setter, part fresh pair of eyes, you'll spend real time on the floor, work alongside site managers to find the gaps, and build the confidence and skills of team members at every level. The teams already work hard. Your job is to help them get even better.
And here's the part most hospitality people rarely get to hear: it's daytime hours.
