We require an experienced Sales Office Manager who has a strong history of inspiring a Reservations, Events and Guest Experience team to ultimately ensure maximum conversion of inquiries for this stunning property. You will ensure that guest experience is a key focus throughout the booking and inquiry process and deliver "best in class" customer experience.
