Tonic are excited to be recruiting for our client\’s fast-paced, casual dining operation inBirmingham. We are looking for a proven General Manager to oversee the entire operation including restaurant, bars and event space. The General Manager must have a genuine love and passion for food and be an excellent rapport builder, consistently setting a shining example of natural hospitality to their team.
