Beyond is a commercial restaurant. It is not a training site and you will not be teaching. The room runs an all-day offering built around excellent coffee from the morning, then switches at 17:00 into an evening of serious food and a proper drinks list. As Assistant General Manager you are the person holding both together, on the floor through the changeover, running the operation in the GM's absence, and taking a real share of the rotas, the recruitment and the weekly numbers.
