Join a fast-growing healthcare business where every enquiry matters. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is not a cold-calling role. You will be speaking with warm enquiries from patients who have already expressed an interest in our services. Your role will be to build rapport, understand their goals, guide them through their options and ultimately help them take the next step in their journey. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, thrives on targets, and understands how to turn enquiries into appointments and appointments into bookings.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp and CRM systems.
  • Conducting detailed consultations with prospective patients.
  • Building trust and rapport with customers from the first interaction.
  • Following up leads professionally and consistently.
  • Overcoming objections and helping patients make informed decisions.
  • Managing your own pipeline and ensuring no enquiry is left behind.
  • Working closely with our clinical and administrative teams.
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years' sales or telesales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and confidently.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and driven by results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Experience within healthcare, medical, cosmetic, finance or high-value sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and follow-up activity.
  • Previous experience in consultative sales.
