Referrals & Development Lead/Manager Yorkshire A values‑driven organisation is seeking a Referrals & Development Lead/Manager to support the growth of specialist supported living services for people with learning disabilities, autistic people and individuals with complex needs throughout Yorkshire. This is a chance to join a growing business at a crucial time, in an influential role as Referrals & Development Lead/Manager. You’ll oversee the full referral process — from initial enquiry to assessment, transition and placement — ensuring every move is safe, person‑centred and well‑coordinated. You’ll also contribute to wider service development, including feasibility assessments, business cases and the opening of new supported living services.
