My client is a multi-award winning care provider looking for an experienced Registered Manager with excellent knowledge of care quality & compliance, and solid experience managing services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex care needs. They are looking for a compassionate, inspirational leader who will nurture staff and ensure the best possible standards of care are maintained.
You will become Registered Manager for two residential services for adults with a range of complex needs. Both services are rated Good with CQC, so this needs an experienced care professional with the ability to maintain their Good ratings and strive for Outstanding. There is a talented and motivated staff team in place, substantial support from a regional management team, and all the necessary resources you need to be highly effective in your role. The services are nearby one another in the Sutton area, Surrey/South London.
