My client is a quality-focused supported living organisation looking for an experienced manager from a complex care background (LD, MH, autism support etc) to provide interim management support in the Tameside area – Stockport, Hyde etc. There are several different services in the area, all of a high quality and providing support to adults with complex care needs including learning disabilities, autism, mental health and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • You will be experienced and able to hit the ground running.
  • As someone passionate about making a difference and ensuring care is first-rate and person-centred, you will work with the regional manager and senior team to provide inspirational leadership, identify areas for improvement and ensure that the services are operating effectively and with excellent standards of care.

Contract

Initially offered on a 3 month contract with an immediate start available.
