A national homecare provider with ambitious growth plans is looking to add a new Commercial Manager to their leadership team. The company provides domiciliary care for people in their own homes. This is a fantastic time to join the team, under new management, and be influential in the compliant growth and development of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and influence key stakeholders, working closely with franchise owners
  • Supporting business development and growth of regulated and unregulated private homecare and live-in care services
  • Supporting the franchise businesses with market knowledge around pricing and conversion rates
  • Identifying sources of income via new revenue streams to accelerate growth and market share
  • Reduce underperforming territories

About you:

  • You will have a proven track record in driving growth and improving profitability in a sales-driven environment
  • Experience of financial modelling, sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience of working in a CQC regulated domiciliary/homecare environment
  • Understand Franchise operations either at franchisee or franchisor level
  • Car driver essential as travel throughout the region is required
