A national homecare provider with ambitious growth plans is looking to add a new Commercial Manager to their leadership team. The company provides domiciliary care for people in their own homes. Responsibilities include:
- Manage and influence key stakeholders, working closely with franchise owners
- Supporting business development and growth of regulated and unregulated private homecare and live-in care services
- Supporting the franchise businesses with market knowledge around pricing and conversion rates
- Identifying sources of income via new revenue streams to accelerate growth and market share
- Reduce underperforming territories
About you:
- You will have a proven track record in driving growth and improving profitability in a sales-driven environment
- Experience of financial modelling, sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience of working in a CQC regulated domiciliary/homecare environment
- Understand Franchise operations either at franchisee or franchisor level
- Car driver essential as travel throughout the region is required
