A new opportunity exists within a leading care provider to manage a high-quality supported living service for adults with complex care needs including learning disabilities, complex care and autism.
You will be a compassionate leader, able to motivate and develop high performing teams and foster a productive, supportive culture. You will understand how to deliver high quality person-centred care to your clients, and bring excellent knowledge of how to manage safeguarding, risk and compliance.
The organisation will offer you extensive support, with a regional support manager in the area to ensure your time is best spent on the aspects of the role which matter the most. The services are high-quality, with excellent facilities and good levels of staffing. There is investment in training and development, and opportunities for progression.
The ideal candidate will already have experience as a CQC Registered manager in a similar service and hold Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
