Supported Living and Outreach support in Hull. Working for a growing provider of Supported Living Support for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We are looking for an experienced, talented and passionate individual to take up this NEW ROLE of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) Practitioner.

This is an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in a period of growth. With new services opening and re-development and design of existing services you will be leading and building a high-performing team and lead on person centred, quality-focused PBS services.

As part of the wider PBS Team you will have strategic and operational leadership of the PBS function, ensuring high levels of motivation, facilitating personal development and encouraging and creating opportunities for people to contribute and develop within the organisation.

You will lead on the implementation, and ongoing development and delivery of the PBS strategy. Providing behavioural assessment and functional analyses advice and guidance, to families, clinical support staff and other professionals, whilst working with PBS partners, complex care teams, speech and language therapists, in providing a multidisciplinary clinical service.

This will be highly rewarding, you will be joining a creative, dynamic organisation offering a broad and varied range of life-changing services that genuinely make an impact. You will have a relevant PBS/psychology/behaviour analysis qualifications and live locally in the Hull area.
