They provide high quality care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism living in their own homes and also in specialist supported accommodation. This post requires you to have Regional Management experience managing teams across a large geographical area. You will be experienced in turnaround, change management, troubleshooting, supporting service managers, pre and post CQC preparation, quality and compliance, contract management and delivery, local authority relationships, leading, developing and supporting teams.
