You will be a compassionate leader, able to motivate and develop high‑performing teams and foster a productive, supportive culture.
You will understand how to deliver high‑quality person‑centred care to your clients, and bring excellent knowledge of how to manage safeguarding, risk and compliance.
The organisation will offer you extensive support, with a regional support manager in the area to ensure your time is best spent on the aspects of the role which matter the most.
