Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded care provider as Deputy Service Manager of their Mental Health Supported Living service in Hull. The service provides support for adults with complex mental health needs, also providing support with addiction recovery and substance misuse. This is a very well-established charity with an excellent reputation and effective, high-quality services throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • You will have experience working with people with complex needs such as those above, and be passionate about ensuring your clients are given the best possible levels of person‑centred care.
  • This will be a varied, fast‑paced position, where you will support the Head of Service in all aspects of service management; leading the team, safeguarding, managing quality, risk assessments, working with external health professionals and much more.

Career Development

Initially this will be a 6 month contract, but there is a good chance of this being extended or being made permanent. You will also be joining a growing organisation that prides itself on staff development and retention, so this could open up any number of other opportunities for career development and progression to Service Manager, Registered Manager and future chances to move towards Area Manager.
