My client is a reputable national care provider looking for an experienced Manager (either Service Manager, Care Manager or Registered Manager) with solid experience of managing services supporting adults with complex needs (learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, autism etc). You will be someone who feels passionate about providing your clients with the best opportunities, and first rate levels of person-centred care.
This is a fairly small residential service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. It has excellent facilities, is extremely well maintained and is an attractive property in a good, accessible location in Derby.
