We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, flexible individual to join the management team as Domiciliary Care Assistant Manager in Blackburn. The company provides high quality care and support to elderly people living in their own homes and also in Extra Care accommodation throughout Blackburn.
The positions you may have had could include Deputy Care Manager, Care Manager, Registered Manager. You will be experienced in domiciliary care, homecare, care of the elderly, pre and post CQC preparation, quality and compliance, staff management and organising rotas, leading, developing and supporting teams.
What is crucial is that you will share the organisation’s ethos in terms of having a passion for providing truly person-centred care of the highest quality, by putting your clients at the heart of what you do. You’ll be passionate about ensuring standards are the very best they can be, and instilling the same values in those around you.
You will have strong experience of working within Domiciliary Care or Extra Care with sound knowledge of CQC and what is required to deliver the highest standards of care and support for the people you support. You will be flexible, adaptable, approachable with excellent communication skills and a level headed and sensitive attitude.
