This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned mental health professional to join a national healthcare organisation, leading a team delivering a pioneering mental health service. This is a specialist mental health service for children and young people, but applications are welcomed from mental health professionals who have worked with any client groups, confident of specialising in a CYP service.

The successful applicant will have a chance to make a real and lasting impact to a large number of vulnerable young people and their families. You will play a lead role in overseeing care quality, managing risk assessments and safeguarding. You will lead high-performing teams and maintain direct involvement in interventions and complex support for clients. You will work to deliver effective interventions and support, with a solid understanding of the challenges involved in mental health support, particularly for children. The position requires thriving in a fast-paced setting and a constant drive to innovate, grow and improve. You will build relationships with a complex range of stakeholders, from partner organisations and families to senior management within the wider organisation.
