My client is a cutting edge healthcare provider embarking on a period of growth and transformation. This is a newly created role to support this programme of work and offers the successful applicant a superb opportunity to make a real difference. They have highly effective services across all regions, including mental health & wellbeing, children's services, weight management, addiction recovery and more.
You are likely to be an experienced Public Health or Healthcare professional with solid experience in areas such as service assurance, audit, performance, or someone having held an analytical role within a complex organisation.
The role itself is highly varied, and will be key to the organisation achieving its upcoming strategic objectives, and be part of their commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. You will lead a structured programme of service assurance and audit activity across services, developing audit frameworks and assurance tools aligned to organisational and contractual expectations.
Performing regular audits and deep-dives will allow you to assess service readiness, compliance, and operational robustness, and allow you to identify strengths, risks, gaps, and required actions. Leading the development of operational performance data across the organisation, your analysis will support operational decision-making and help identify early warning indicators of underperformance and risk.
Not only will you be applying your skills to the existing services being offered, but you will play a crucial role in the mobilisation of new services, including new service types and locations.
