A new opportunity has arisen with a reputable national care provider, to join as Registered Manager overseeing two residential care homes for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs including autism, mental health and physical disabilities.
The homes are attractive properties and have excellent facilities, with nice outdoor areas, and everything is done with an emphasis on providing person-centred care and the ultimate aim of empowering all the residents to live as independently as possible. There are excellent levels of investment from the organisation, and you will we well supported by a regional team as well as having good levels of staffing.
