We are looking for someone to hit the ground running with immediate effect, providing support for a well-established care provider that provides care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism living in their own home and also in specialist housing.
You will be experienced in turnaround projects, troubleshooting, supporting registered managers, pre and post CQC or CIW inspection preparation, quality and compliance, and contract management and delivery.
The positions you may have had could include, Service Manager, Registered Manager, Regional Support Manager, Area Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager.
You will have strong experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and autism, with sound knowledge of CQC or CIW and what is required to deliver the highest standards of care and support for the individuals they support.
Essential criteria:- Available immediately - AND for the next 3 months
- DBS on the update system for the adults ONLY register
- Level 4 or 5 in health and social care or the equivalent qualification
