Supported Living Manager – Learning Disabilities
Hull and Bridlington and the East Coast
Salary increase with CQC Registration
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for our Supported Living services in Hull and Bridlington and the East Coast.
These services support adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
In the first 12 months the role will be focused on service development: leading and supporting the opening of new services/sites within the region as part of an overall group expansion plan.
The role requires experience in registering/opening new services and preparing accommodation ready to welcome new clients.
Once the expansion and new developments are complete, you will move into the role of CQC Registered Manager for all the Supported Living Services in the Bridlington region.
This is a role that allows you to showcase your skills and experience in team leadership and management. You will have lots of autonomy to lead and manage your team effectively, and grow and develop services in your region.

- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
- Proven experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Strong leadership and people management skills and experience
