Service Lead, Manager, Team Leader. Mental Health, Autism, Learning Disabilities. Thetford area in Norfolk, commutable from Bury St Edmunds, Norwich etc.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team; mentoring, guiding and motivating a passionate team, recruiting new staff members and working with other leaders across the organisation to share best practice and drive innovation.
  • Provide a person-centred service for adults with autism, including pre-assessment, assessments and providing support, advice and resources to both clients and their families.
  • Ensure continual improvement and opportunities to share best practice across the organisation.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Knowledge of mental healthcare, specifically including autism.
  • Ability to build productive, long lasting relationships with a wide range of people, including clients, health professionals, families and other stakeholders.
