My client is a quality driven, friendly, family run provider of Domiciliary Care and they are looking for a new Community Care Coordinator to join their fantastic team in Market Weighton.
The company is a private family-owned domiciliary care company that provides support to older people who live in their own home throughout Market Weighton. You will be working for a reputable, well respected homecare provider in East Riding of Hull.
The role is working closely with an exceptional staff team, and you will take full responsibility for scheduling all client and carer visits. We would like you to have strong administrative and organisational skills, as well as being an excellent communicator and good at relationship building.
You will have experience within domiciliary care or live in care, with a quality driven attitude and have a passion for involvement in the service and delivery of care and support to the clients; they are looking for a personable, adaptable care coordinator who will be hands‑on, visible and accessible at all times and act as a champion for best practice and high standards in quality care.
They have a great reputation, they are well established, stable and with a genuine focus on quality. They have an approach which is about constantly assessing how to improve, and have excellent CQC ratings. Whilst their business is all home care, they have a wide range of client groups and support customers with varying needs and care packages.
Staff retention is excellent and you will be working with a team of motivated, experienced carers who are committed to the organisation and will share your passion for delivering the best outcomes for your clients.
