Would you like to be part of a well-respected and governed Charity, who provide the highest standards of bespoke, person centred care and support to people with learning disabilities in our community? We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee both the operational management and nursing governance of a small service in Leeds that supports adults with learning disabilities.
This small respite service, which is open 24 hours per day, supports adults with a learning disability who also require additional nursing support. You will be registered with CQC as the Registered Manager for this service. Therefore, you must have experience of supporting people with challenging behaviours and be confident supporting your team who will be providing a high level of support. Your team includes nurses and support workers.
This is very much a management role where you will provide clinical governance and strategic oversight coupled with operational responsibility for budgets, staffing, recruitment, compliance, etc.
Essential criteria:
- NMC Registered Nurse RGN/RMN or RNLD
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
- CQC Registered Manager
- Clear understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
- Full UK Driving Licence
