Contract: 3 month Interim turnaround project
Salary: from 38k pro rata
We are looking for someone to hit the ground running with immediate effect, providing support for a well-established care provider that delivers care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism living in their own home and in specialist housing.
Responsibilities
- Provide turnaround project support, troubleshooting, and guidance to registered managers.
- Support pre- and post-CQC or CIW inspection preparation, quality and compliance activities, and contract management and delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery and ensure high standards of care and support.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous roles may include Service Manager, Registered Manager, Regional Support Manager, Area Manager, or Quality and Compliance Manager.
- Strong experience with adults with learning disabilities and autism, and solid knowledge of CQC or CIW requirements to deliver the highest standards of care and support.
Essential criteria:
- Available immediately and for the next 3 months;
- DBS on the update service for the adults ONLY register;
- Level 4 or 5 in health and social care or the equivalent qualification.
