You will oversee the day to day running and management of a Respite Service and Short Stay Support Service for adults with Learning disabilities in the Halifax area. These services provide short to medium temporary respite support in homely surroundings.

You will have experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism, and in a residential, supported living or respite environment. As a compassionate people manager, your main aims and responsibilities will be to motivate and support the teams by providing clear vision and direction.
