A national homecare provider with ambitious growth plans is looking to add a new Quality Assurance Manager to their leadership team. The company provides domiciliary care for people in their own homes throughout the North of England. You will be an influential leader with experience of supporting operational teams to align and strengthen the Quality Assurance within each business, in line with the overall group Quality Programme. This is a fantastic time to join the team, under new management, and be influential in the compliant growth and development of the company.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Engage with each homecare branch/business in your region to bring them on the journey
- Drive and monitor continuous improvement through a clear vision and pathway
- Keep up to date and communicate changes to legislation and regulation in relation to Governance, Risk and Safeguarding
- Monitor service quality through site visits, audits, and performance metrics
- Ensure CQC inspection readiness for all services
- Ensure growth and retention of existing contracts
Key requirements include:
- Robust knowledge of CQC standards, Health and Social Care Act regulations, safeguarding procedures and Quality Assurance Frameworks
- Previous roles: CQC Registered Manager/Regional Manager/Quality/Compliance/Quality Assurance
- Experience of working in a CQC regulated domiciliary/homecare environment
- Car driver essential as travel throughout the region is required on a regular basis
